Terms of Service for Lobster Bot

These Terms govern your use of Lobster Bot (web, iOS, Android apps). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Lobster Bot Inc. ("we," "us") operates as a sole proprietorship in Vancouver, BC.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (19+ in British Columbia) or have your parent/guardian's permission to use Lobster Bot. The service is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly allow such use.

Account and Sync

Register with a unique username. Conversations sync automatically across platforms. You are responsible for account security—do not share credentials.

AI Service Description

Lobster Bot provides an AI chat assistant powered by automated systems (including OpenClaw-based wrappers). Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors, biases, or incomplete information. Do not rely on it for professional advice (legal, medical, financial). We disclaim all warranties; use at your own risk.

User Conduct

Do not use Lobster Bot for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or generating harmful content.

You own your input messages; we own the platform and AI outputs (non-exclusive license for service operation).

Comply with applicable laws.

Fees and Payments

Lobster Bot offers monthly subscriptions for premium features. Web payments process via Stripe; mobile (iOS/Android) via RevenueCat and app stores. We do not store credit card or payment details—Stripe and RevenueCat handle all billing securely under their terms (PCI-compliant, no direct access by us).

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.

Cancel anytime via app settings or Stripe dashboard; no refunds for partial periods.

Pricing listed in-app or on our site; subject to change with notice.

Disputes follow Stripe/RevenueCat/App Store policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account anytime, removing synced data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lobster Bot Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or AI inaccuracies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes resolved in Vancouver courts.

Changes

We'll notify of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
